Eco-Friendly Packaging Requirements
We encourage customers to reuse the original shipping box and protective, recyclable internal packaging when returning an item. This aligns with our environmental goals and reduces waste. Returns that use excessive, non-recyclable materials when the original packaging was suitable may incur a small environmental processing fee. The returned item must adhere to our strict quality standards, meaning it must be unworn and in resalable condition.

Returns for Store Credit
Should you miss the 40-day deadline, we offer a generous provision: returns received between 41 and 60 days from the purchase date will be eligible for store credit only in the form of a digital gift card. This credit reflects the original purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping costs.

International Return Shipping Responsibility
For international returns, the customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. We require all international returns to be shipped using a carrier that provides end-to-end tracking and sufficient insurance coverage for the garment’s value. My shop will not be responsible for any returned item lost or damaged during international transit without proof of delivery. We also require an official customs declaration stating that the package contains returned goods to avoid unnecessary import charges.

Our Service Commitment to Quality Issues
If a return is necessary due to our errorโ€”such as receiving the wrong size, colour, or a garment with a demonstrable manufacturing flawโ€”we will cover all associated shipping charges, both the initial and the return shipment, and ensure a swift resolution and full refund or replacement.
